What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a precise practice of pressure and release postures that gives you tools to build yourself up into a more intuitive, creative and radiant being. It can make you light, bright and beam you into the Infinite experience of Self and living in your full potential. Kundalini Yoga reduces daily tension and stress, keeping you rooted to the reality of your expansive and capable nature, and elevates the mind into a state of crystal clear consciousness where the bounty and beauty of your being can be witnessed within.


In class you'll experience mostly seated yoga postures, mantra, meditation, mudras and rhythmic breathing techniques that give you a very tangible feeling of connectedness, calm and the deep sweetness of present awareness. In the space between the postures, the energy you're cultivating can be sensed on the surface, and inspire profound insight, release and transformation again and again. Kundalini Yoga is for people in the world, dealing with the demand to "keep up." Anybody and any body can practice it. You don't have to have any experience with it to have and experience with it. And as Yogi Bhajan said, "it will dawn on you the secret of how to live happy, healthy and holy."
