What is Kundalini Yoga?

In class you’ll experience mostly seated asana in the recipe form we call Kriya, meaning complete action. All Kriyas are vastly different, but share a heavy focus on breath and activating the meridians with mantra and mudra. Kundalini Yoga is a fast track, brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan to help people bring themselves back to themselves.
